A real move, not a polished escape.

The Long Way Home is a family table with maps, dog paperwork, house notes, old India memories, half-packed boxes and a real question underneath it all: what does it take for a route to become home?

We’re documenting the practical version of a UK-to-Goa move while it is still unfolding: the beautiful parts, the admin, the doubts, the costs, the pets, the house hunt and the bits people usually only explain once everything has worked out.
